The new registration system for Szarvas Camp 2024 is here!
Dear Parents!
We are pleased to inform you about an update regarding the registration process for Szarvas Camp 2024! While we are preparing for another unforgettable summer, we are also revamping our camp registration system to make it simpler, more user-friendly and efficient for you.
What's next? — Registration and Application
For Hungarian campers and those applying to the International Group, the application for Szarvas Camp 2024 started on April 21st.
First, take a look at the registration and application guide, which we've created to make the process clear and easy for you to understand, helping you to register and apply quickly and easily. You can find the guide here.
There are five steps to register and apply to the camp:
- Visit our Registration System (https://reg.szarvas.camp/), create an account, and add the camper's personal information at "My attendees" page. Also, an essential part of the first step is ensuring all the data is correct and complete.
- At the "Events" page, select the session and then the attendee (camper) that you wish to apply to that event.
- Follow the next registration steps below:
- enter the details required to participate in the event,
- fill out Medical Information,
- answer additional questions,
- read and fill out the Waiver form that includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) items,
- finalize your registration by clicking the "Submit" button.
- In some countries (for example, participants who applied to the International group or those coming from the US), there is a selection (screening) process. If there is a selection process, the coordinator with further information will contact you.
- Payment: once you have been accepted to the group, please pay the participation fee. The payment methods may vary depending on the region.

The participation fee
If you come from an Eastern-Central European country, please contact your local coordinator(s) for more information about what you need to pay.
If you come from the US or join the International Group as an individual (and not a part of the organized group from an Eastern-Central European country), the participation fee is $1800.
